To return a book to a Marketplace seller using our service, you’ll need to provide a prepaid return label. This article covers how to obtain that label from Amazon and prepare it for upload to Easy Book Prep. Following these guidelines helps ensure a smooth and efficient return process.
Step-by-Step Instructions for Obtaining and Preparing Your Amazon Return Label
Request a Return Label from the Marketplace where you purchased the Book.
You can find this link in the order information on Quickbase, just in the Next Step Section of the the last event.

In your Amazon account, go to the Your Orders page.
Locate the item you want to return and select the Return or Replace Items option.
Follow Amazon’s prompts to obtain a prepaid, shippable return label for your item.

Prepare the Label for Easy Book Prep
See bottom of article for the different label types.
Save directly to a PDF from your browser to ensure all barcodes are intact and scannable.
Ensure the label fits on a single letter Sized page. You can shrink it slightly if necessary, but make sure all critical information is legible and on one page. Read the RMA information and tell us what to do if special processing is needed , else we do not need an additional pages, Just the RMA Barcode (if Present) & the main shipping label must be complete and fit on a single page.
Label Requirements for Smooth Processing
Do not physically print or take photos of the label; it must be an original PDF file for upload.
Avoid labels with 2D or QR codes, as these require in-person drop-offs at specific locations and and will incur additional fees and Delays.
Ensure the label is prepaid and includes postage; Easy Book Prep cannot accept labels that require additional payment.
Important: If the label does not meet these guidelines, it will delay your return, or cause the package to not reach its destination, or cause other issues.

Q: Can I upload a label with multiple pages?
A: Only the main shipping label should be on a single page. Additional RMA information can be on the same or other pages within the same file.
Q: What if I only have a QR code or 2D label?
A: YEs, But, hese labels require a physical drop-off and will cause additional Fees and Delays. Request a standard prepaid label from the seller to avoid these issues
NOTE: Each Order should have a single Return Label.
Remember:
Print directly to a PDF (directly from the browser) to keep the barcodes scannable!
Do NOT print them on paper!
Do NOT to Send us pictures of the Label, that you took of the label.
Add the Label to the order in the system as specified in the video.
Do NOT email
Do NOT forward the email to us.
Do NOT Send us URL's or Links to the Label.
The label must be Prepaid & Shippable!
Do NOT send us anything that requires postage.
Do NOT send 2D or QR Codes! These require a drop off to UPS Store, Kohls, or USPS Post Office this causes Delay & extra Fees. ( ie. Avoid QR Codes )
Make sure that the Shipping label is on the same page, (fits a single page), shrink if needed.
A Label that spans across multiple pages, is not usable.
The RMA code & other information may be on other pages, with in the same file.
If the label is on the Second page, please do not include the first page, we just ship the books out with the provided label.
