Below you will find the steps you should take to properly save your shipping label as a PDF along with this video to help you visually.
When you get to the "Your Return Instructions" page, there will be a yellow button at the top that says "print label and instructions". Click on that yellow button.
When the print window pops up, on the right under the "print" section, there will be a destination option. Ensure that it says "save as PDF"
To the bottom right of the pop-up window, click on the blue save button
Determine which folder on your computer you would like to save the file to
Click "save"
Upload the shipping label PDF file to the Order Manager on QuickBase
