We received a book you do not recognize and that has no order in Quickbase. Due to this, you may need to create an order for the received book.
You have a couple of options that you can pursue:
Follow the instructions provided in this video to create an order, and then link your action to the proper order as explained in this video
Alternatively, you can wait and monitor your purchased orders to see if we eventually receive the correct book.
If you do not want to wait to see if the correct book eventually arrives it is recommended that you get into contact with the person(s) who sold you the book. From there, you should inform the seller that we received the wrong book and see if the seller can assist you in finding the correct book.
