However, the current industry landscape—marked by shifting Amazon fees, extreme gating, and rising technical costs—has made it impossible for us to continue providing our high-end services at a sustainable price point.
This decision was not made lightly, as the strain has significantly impacted our team’s health and owner’s financial stability.
While this is a difficult transition, our primary focus remains the same: handling your inventory with the highest level of care. We are committed to processing your remaining items—including cleaning, verification, and high-end prep—to get them to Amazon FBA whenever possible. If Amazon policies (such as gating or listing errors) prevent an item from being sent, we will work with you to get your instructions to empty your inventory from our warehouse by April 26, 2026, after which it will be disposed if no instructions & prepaid shipping labels are provided. Please follow the steps below immediately.
The most important step you must take today is to stop all new inventory from being sent to our facility!
To prevent items from being lost or refused, you must manually remove the EZP Prep Center address from every sourcing platform:
Amazon Buying Account:
Delete our address from your "Your Addresses" section.
Amazon Seller Central:
Update your Automated Unfulfillable Removals settings to your home or a new prep center.
Update your Automated Fulfillable Removals settings to your home or a new prep center.

After April 10, our team will be focused exclusively on getting your remaining items to Amazon. To prevent further delays and ensure your inventory is shipped, we will send items to Amazon even if they are not matched up to a specific Order within our tracking system. This is to help you get your inventory listed and selling as quickly as possible.
If you use a Personal Buying Account to purchase your books, please read this carefully. The Extension Order Processing is currently not working for Personal accounts.
To ensure your recent orders are processed before the cutoff, you must send your Final order data directly to Support for Manual Order Importing. (Only Applies to Amazon Orders)

Arrival Deadline: Items already "In Transit" must arrive at our facility prior to April 15, 2026, for normal processing.
Quality Standards: We will continue to provide the same professional cleaning, verification, and shrink-wrapping you expect, up to April 15, 2026.
Goal: Our priority is to get your inventory into Amazon's hands. However, please remember that Amazon is controls what can be sent to Amazon and their restrictions, policies, listing errors, gating, stranding, etc… is compleatly out of our control.
If Amazon blocks a shipment, you will need to tell us what to do with the items Dispose or to pack and await your pre-paid Shipping Label(s).

Tier Change: On March 31, 2026, all accounts will move to the A-la-carte tier.
Subscriptions will be prorated to start & end the 1st of the month.
Using Credits: Your unexpired prep credits can be applied toward final Boxing Materials, repair or Support/Transition/1-on-1 meetings.

"The carrier says it was delivered(somewhere), but it's not in my portal."
We confirm delivery by matching Tracking Numbers to Orders. If an item was delivered we add it to the tracking system, with the tracking #. If it is not in the tracking system, it was not delivered here by the carrier.
Many times the wrong Item was shipped, especially when seller is unable to provide tracking #’s, so a package might have been delivered with the wrong item, did you receive any unexpected items in the same timeframe.
If a package was delivered with the same tracking # see what was in the package, if it is an unexpected item. Contact the seller for remediation/replacement/refund.
Some packages arrive here damages, opened and even empty. EZP cannot take responsibility, for mispacking & handling by other parties. Contact the seller for remediation/replacement/refund.
EZP cannot take responsibility, for carrier mis-delivery’s, because we did not receive the item. Please contact the carrier for a claims search.
"Amazon won't let me list an item."
Responsibility for Amazon website functions, listing limitations, and "Gating" remains entirely with Amazon. If Amazon blocks a listing, we can only dispose or pack the items up for them to be shipped to a location on your pre-paid return shipping label.
Q: Can I keep shipping items to the prep center, as long as they get there before April 15th?
A: No you should not ship us any more items, as any items shipped may not make it to the center if the carrier is not able to deliver as expected.
Q: What if my item arrives after April 15th?
A: Items arriving after April 15th may incur additional labor fees or be included in the list of final items at the warehouse.
A: Items arriving after April 26th may not be included in the list of final items at the warehouse, be automatically disposed or be undeliverable.
Q: How do I get my items back?
A: Once we box your items (between April 20–24), we will provide weights and dimensions in the portal. You must then purchase a shipping label and upload it to us by April 26th.
Q: Are you recommending any Prep Center to move to?

A2: For other options that it will simplify your transition if you stay in Texas, to take advantage of any state documents, filings, etc. that you may already have with the state.
