Occasionally, you may receive an email or message about a failed order delivery on a weekend or holiday.
Remember to indicate in your delivery options for our delivery address that we are unable to accept weekend or holiday deliveries. Unfortunately, failure to do this can result in your order being marked as undeliverable for that day.
If you do receive a message from USPS (or your specific postal service) stating that your order was unable to be delivered on a weekend or holiday, it is best to ignore it. We will most likely receive the book(s) the next day.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but this particular situation is out of our hands and there is nothing we can do about that particular message at the moment.
