Our new Support system makes reporting issues quick and easy. Hereโs how to submit a bug report or support ticket:
click on the support widget on bottom right corner of the page,
If that page does not have the widget Go to https://help.easybookprep.com and use the widget there.
Click on bottom right Support widget (if not already opened)
Report a Bug or Support Ticket via Gleap.io:
In the menu, click on the cooresponding button that best fits what you want to do, and follow the prompts.
Best practices for better faster service
ask Kai & Search help to see if an answer already exists for your question.
Describe the issue in detail.
Tell us what you wanted to accomplish, what happened and what happened differently/unexpected.
Include key details: Order #, tracking #, Book Barcode, Amazon ASIN, or Page URL/link used, etc... Dates & Times
If your reffering to a communication or email please include a copy, provide a link or copy paste the related text.
When possible include or Upload screenshots and other helpful information.
Once submitted, the bug report will be sent directly to our team for a response/ resolution.
