Confirm the tracking of the order: The most common reason for the "00.4 Has Seller Shipped" status is due to our Prep Center being unable to confirm whether or not the Seller of your book has shipped the order. What you can do to rectify this is to confirm your order is currently available on the marketplace.
Provide the order tracking number to Quickbase: After confirming the order is on the marketplace, you should provide the tracking number to Quickbase. Doing this will allow us and yourself to monitor the order and change the order status to the "01 Seller Shipped" status under the "Pre-Reception" category. This will assist our Prep Center in better documenting your order's status.
