Occasionally, you will receive email reminders in regards to your order(s). Below you will find some common statuses, a brief explanation of the status, and what you can do to correct these issues.
00. - Pre-Shipment
00 - Ordered
The book(s) were just ordered and have yet to be shipped.
00.4 Has Seller Shipped?:
These are orders in the system that have no 'seller shipped' event. This is a reminder for you to confirm that the seller has shipped your book. For Amazon orders, this process is automatic when you process your orders if the seller is providing a tracking number. For orders from non-Amazon.com marketplaces, you may need to add this manually, as explained in this training video.
01. - Pre-Reception
01 - Seller Shipped
The order has just been shipped.
01.1 - Not Delivered yet...
These are orders that were shipped a while ago, but we have not received them yet at the prep center. This status serves as a reminder for you to follow up with the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.), the seller, or us to find out why these orders have not been delivered yet.
01.7 - Delivered
These are orders that have been delivered to the Prep Center, but have not been received and processed into the Prep Center's system. In other words, the orders have arrived, but have not been opened yet.
02. - Item Accounted / Ready
02 - Received
We have received the order(s). They have been processed, and are placed into our system.
03. - Post-Delivery
03.6 - Pending - Client Review & Next Steps
These are books that we have received and graded, but there was a problem found during the process.
Due to this, we need you to review our grading information and inform our Prep Center as to what you would like to do with the order. It is imperative that you inform us of your decision as soon as you possibly can. Failure to do so can cause the book to remain "stuck" at the Prep Center.
04 - Received, Batched, & Ready
Whatever issue was present regarding the order has been resolved and the order is ready to be sent out.
04.5 - Pending Prep Send to FBA
The order(s) needs to be reviewed by the Prep Center to correct any issues
09.1 - Requested Return/Refund from Source
You have submitted a request for a return/refund from the entity or entities you bought your order from.
09.2 - Pending Prep Return to Source
The order(s) is currently waiting to be prepped and packaged to be sent back to source.
09.3 - Shipped Return to Source
The order(s) has been shipped out of the Prep Center and has been sent back to source.
09.5 - Refunded by Source
The order(s) has been properly refunded by source to you.
09.8 - Loss/Write-Off
The order(s) has been, unfortunately, declared as a loss or write-off. We will await instructions from you in regards to what you would like to do with the written-off order.
10.7 - Pending Prep Dispose of Item
The order is awaiting being disposed of.
10.8 - Item Disposed
The item has been disposed of
04. - Listing Status'
04.2 - MF Listed
The listing for the related order has been properly listed.
04.4 - Pending Client Fix Listing Issue
The Prep Center is waiting for the client (you) to correct an error regarding the Listing for an order.
04.6 - FBA Gated
The specific order has been gated by Amazon and cannot be shipped by the Prep Center. You may have to answer Amazon's questionnaire in order to un-gate the order.
Other
04.7 - FBA Listed
The order was received with no issues and was sent directly to FBA.
04.8 - FBA Shipped
The order was prepped, packaged, and shipped from the Prep Center to the appropriate Amazon Warehouse.
05.1 - Pending Prep Ship to Buyer
The order(s) is currently waiting to be prepped and packaged to be sent back to buyer.
05.2 - Shipped to Buyer
The order(s) has been shipped out of the Prep Center and has been sent back to buyer.
09.9 - Order Cancelled
The order(s) has been cancelled.
10.1 - Closed
