Here is the video on how to add Non-Amazon Orders to the tracking system: See Video
Below is also a written guide to assist you.
To enter non-Amazon orders do the following:
Go to our order tracking system, then click on the Upper Tab that says: 'Inventory Orders & Sourcing'
Then on the upper right part of the new page, click on the 'New Inventory Order' button. It might be blue or green.
Fill out the Inventory order form that we present you for each different title ordered
Seller Account: Pick your own account (you will only see one option ).
Order Date: Verify that it is the correct date ordered.
Source (ref): Where you bought the book from
Seller: (Optional) Who you bought the book from.
Order number: For the order
If you bought different books on the same order you will need to fill in this form for each different title purchased
Add '1' in the Sub-Order/Line/Item # field for the first item entered. Afterwards, add '2' for the second item in the same order and so on for the remaining items.
Tot. Price: The total amount that you paid to get the book to us (including shipping). Your acquisition cost.
Qty(Quantity): How many of this same book you ordered
Initial Resale Price(Override): The price that you want to initially sell this book for. (Optional but recommended)
ASIN (Manual): This is the Amazon Standard Identification Number (ASIN). It is the unique product identifier used to list the item in Amazon's product catalog. It is recommended that you always find the book on Amazon and get the ASIN from the URL. This will help you verify that you can list it, and that you are looking at the right chart for the book.
Condition Ordered: The condition that you are expecting the book to come in. We use this to properly grade the condition of the item that we receive.
Order Notes: (Optional) Provide any order Reception notes that you want to give us when we receive your item(s)
Click Save
Repeat for every non-Amazon Order(s).
Remember, if you buy different books you are going to need to enter each individual title as a separate entry.
(If you purchased two different books on eBay, you must enter an order for the first item, then again for the second item. The information will remain the same, EXCEPT for the Pricing, ASIN, Condition and, if any, the Notes.)
