Unfortunately, our current system does not process refunds automatically. Due to this, is it important that you monitor your refund manually through the Amazon Order Details
Under the Events section for the specific returned item, near the bottom, you can find a "Track Shipment" link that allows you to contact the seller (person who sold you the book) and ask for the refund once your return has been processed and delivered.
Once you receive your refund, you can record it by clicking the blue "Record Refund" button under the Events section
