The instructions below will help guide you in understanding how to use the EZBookPrep Extension to process your orders.
Alternatively, you can also follow along with this provided video to guide you in processing your orders.
To use the extension:
1. Go to your Amazon Buying Account.
Either: www.amazon.com or smile.amazon.com
2. While on one of these Amazon buying pages, click on the Extension Icon (to the right of URL bar) to open the Extension:
3. Click "Process Order Data"
Notes:
- You may be asked to login.
- If you see a Red Box underneath the green one, you're not on an Amazon buyer Page. You must be on either: www.amazon.com or smile.amazon.com
The extension will now begin processing your order(s) to our system. The process takes from 30 minutes to 2 hours. Please wait until the process finishes.
It is recommended that you run the EZBookPrep Extension once a day or after each buying session. Additionally, you should run the EzBookPrep Extension once every 3 days to keep your order(s) updated in the tracking system.
