How to add Initial Pricing or 'Extended Order Information" to my orders with a personal Account.

You can access your Extended Order Information via the “My Orders” Page on Amazon.com

The order history you can find here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/css/order-history
You will now see a blue EZ Prep button at the top of every order.
1. If not, click on 'View order details' at which point you will see the blue EZ Prep button at the top.
Clicking this button will display your Extended Order Information
You provide your initial pricing and other details here.
This is also where you tell the system not to import an Order.
