The Easy Book Prep extension relies on Amazon's Business Analytics Data for processing and importing your orders into our tracking system. Any problems that Amazon may be having to generate these reports, will affect our ability to import the order Data.
First verify that you can get your data from Amazon manually, Using this link.
If your unable to do so the problem is with Amazon:
if your experiencing errors getting this data From Amazon, Here is what we suggest you to do:
Contact Amazon's customer service (via buying account, not seller central) and tell them that your "Business analytics" Reports are not working.
(There have been times in the past where, Amazon fails to produce these reports reliably for some of our clients. This video explains the issue in more detail.) You may need to contact them various times to get someone that can possible help you. (Remember do NOT contact Seller Central Support the can't help you, this is a Buyer account issue.
Keep processing your orders multiple times per day, if you can. This will also show Amazon that these reports are needed.
If you can't see your orders show up in our tracking system after 10 days, you may:
You may also try importing your order using Amazon's Privacy Data download process which Personal accounts use to get their data.

If you are able to get the order data manually from Amazon, please do the following:
Report the issue using our support widget (bottom Right) and report the problem for our team to review and fix
Upload your order data to Easy Book Prep using our FTP Site:
Download your Order Data from Amazon Using this Order link & Pressing 'Generate Report'
Download your Shipping Data from Amazon Using this Shipment link & Pressing 'Generate Report'
Click on this link to get your auto login link for your account ( Order Manager Login Required), and click on the link.
Upload BOTH files (without renaming them) to the Site that opens up
You many then logout, your order Data should be imported by the backup process within 3 hours if not contact support.
This should work for you.
If you still need a work around, you may also try importing your order using Amazon's Privacy Data download process which Personal accounts use to get their data.
