Occasionally, the extension we provide to you may experience some hiccups or delays.
It is normally caused by:
Amazon,
Making some changes or testing out new features on their website or systems
A Conflicting Extension
These are normally security extensions, as we depend on data from Amazon, they typically try to block our access, Please Try turning them off. If you need them message support to see if we can do anything about the conflicting Extension.
BooksAnalyzer
This is a good tool but has a few issues. (We have reported these issue(s) and we still waiting & waiting for them to be fixed.)
Sometimes, both extension conflict, causing all sorts of odd issues. (from Empty sidebars, small charts, missing windows, etc...)
Workaround: Refreshing the page will normally fix the issue.
It may be impossible to reach the Save Alert Button, if you have a lot of filters set.
Issue: Poor Design layout causes buttons to scroll past the max size allowed by the extension.
Workaround: Update your Alerts, with out showing the offer side bar.
Chart is so tall they do not fit on window , or small screen.
Workaround: Make the window bigger if possible. Zooming out the browser page ( Ctrl + '-') to make the page content small. (and Hope you can still read the page...)
Sometimes the chart does not load correctly or is missing data points
Workaround: Refresh the page, toggle the missing datapoints to get them to appear
Only Amazon Business Buying Account issues (Says Amazon Business at top left)
May show a secondary chart in the Offer SideBar, After changing a filter.
Workaround: Just scroll down below it.
The Extension is not Authenticated
Fix: Authorize the Extension EZP Extension - How to Install & Authorize the Extension
The Extension's AuthCode is incorrect,
This can easily happen by mis-typing or missing a last or beginning character from the AuthCode. Please verify that it is correct. The Extension does not verify this to prevent Authcode Guessing. Bad AuthCodes will NOT successfully import into Quickbase.
Fix: Verify your AuthCode in the Extension EZP Extension - How to Install & Authorize the Extension
Running more than one version of our extensions at the same time, (the Early Release & the Production Release) please be sure to only run one of them at the same time.
Fix: Turn one of the Extensions Off: How to Switch between the Early Release & Regular Extension Versions:
Your running an older Version of the Extension
Fix: The Extension should Auto-Update, if it does not you can force them to update from the Extension page, in Developer Mode.
A Breaking Browser Update,
Report it! We can look into it.
