In order to set up our Virtual Assistant (VA) service, please contact us regarding your desire to use our VA service. Easy Book Prep will:
Firstly, send you the VA Services Contract and an invoice.
Afterwards, you will have access to multiple shared Google drive folders that will have files that are only visible between you and Easy Book Prep. You can upload documents you wish to share with us through the shared Google drive folders. The secondary folder will be where you can give the VA instructions on how you would like them to proceed with your orders. Also in the secondary folder will be a document titled, "My VA's Guide To My Business." It is recommended to complete this form as it will assist your VA in their tasks.
Additionally, you will be added to a Skype group where you will be able to communicate with both the VA and Easy Book Prep. You will only require the free version of Skype.
Lastly, we will send you an invitation to sign up for "LastPass", and a third folder where your Amazon and Book Arbitrage credentials will be stored. (NOTE: Easy Book Prep and the VA will not be able to see the specifics of your credentials.)
It may take a day or two for the system to get properly set up. We ask that you please be patient.
