To Upgrade to the next Higher Subscription Plan
You can Upgrade your subscription to the next higher processing level, Just contact support for the details for your options.
Downgrade your subscription to "Read Only"
This option is the "Account Maintenance" subscription ($49.95/Month). Your account is effectively "paused," but your data is safeguarded.
Your access will be "Read Only," and you will be unable to access some features.
This subscription keeps all of your current discount(s) that your plan may have. When you reactivate your subscription, your account will be up-to-date and you will have access to the current prices available for your order(s).
To Change Subscription Plan
You can change your subscription at anytime, and make the Change effective the Next billing Cycle. Just contact support for the details for your options.
Pause your account for 3 months
Your current subscription will pause and will reactivate after 3 months (at the start of month 4).
This option may also keep any Specials promotions discount that your current subscription may have.
Permanently cancel your account
This option permanently cancels your account with us.
Cancellations will take effective according to your current agreement with us, or at the beginning at the next billing Cycle.
Note: After 90 days (3 months) after selecting this option, your remaining data with us will be deleted by the system permanently.
