Follow these steps to efficiently process your personal Amazon orders and send the necessary data to EZP Client Support.
Before you begin, please ensure that the top right corner of your Amazon page does not display "Amazon Business."
If you see "Amazon Business," this tutorial isn't for you. You'll need to refer to our "Processing Amazon Business Orders" guide, which covers a much simpler process.
Once you're on a regular Amazon page, click on our EZP Client Support extension in your Chrome browser.
After clicking the extension, look for and click on the green button to continue the process.
You'll see an option to obtain your data. Click this option, and a prompt will appear on your screen guiding you through the next steps.
You'll then be directed to go to your Amazon Orders section. A pop-up will provide you with instructions on how to submit this request for your order data directly to Amazon.
Amazon will send you an email. This email will inform you that you need to click on a link provided within the email to receive your data.
Open the email titled "Information Data Request" (or similar) from Amazon and confirm your data request by clicking the link inside.
After confirming, you'll see a confirmation page indicating that your data retrieval is in progress. Please note that it may take some time for Amazon to process your data.
Now, you'll need to wait for Amazon to send you another email stating that your data is ready for download. This process can take anywhere from a few minutes to a couple of hours, and in rare cases, up to two days.
Once you receive the email confirming your data is ready, click on the link provided in that email to download your data.
A new page will appear. Download the "your orders" zip file from this page. Make a note of where you save it on your computer.
After the zip file has finished downloading, a pop-up from the EZP Client Support extension will guide you to choose the file for submission.
Click on "choose file" and navigate to where you saved your downloaded zip file. You'll need to select the file that corresponds to your orders, specifically the one with the largest number in its filename (this indicates the most recent and complete download).
Once you've selected the correct file, click the button to send the data to EZP Client Support. You'll receive a notification confirming that your file has been successfully submitted.
Please allow 2 to 3 hours for the data to be imported successfully into our system. Often, it's much quicker than this!
Congratulations! You've successfully processed your personal Amazon orders and submitted the data to EZP Client Support. By following these steps, you can efficiently provide us with the necessary information to help manage your items.

Troubleshooting EZP Client Support Chrome Extension Issues
Extension not responding: Ensure your Chrome browser is up to date. Try closing and reopening Chrome. If the issue persists, try reinstalling the EZP Client Support extension.
Amazon email not received: Check your spam or junk mail folders. Sometimes, Amazon emails can be delayed; wait a few hours before re-requesting data.
Incorrect file selected: If you accidentally upload the wrong file, simply repeat the upload process from step 12 with the correct "your orders" zip file. Our system will process the most recent successful upload.
"Is my personal information safe?" We only request your order data, which helps us process your items efficiently. Your other personal Amazon account details remain private. We do not store or access your Amazon login credentials.
"Why does Amazon take so long to provide the data?" Amazon processes a vast amount of data, and generating your personal order history can be resource-intensive on their end, leading to varying wait times.
"What if I don't receive the data download email from Amazon?" If you've waited the maximum 2 days and still haven't received the email, try repeating the data request process from step 4. If the problem continues, contact Amazon customer support.
Q: Can I use this process for my Amazon Business account? A: No, this guide is specifically for personal Amazon accounts. Please refer to our "Processing Amazon Business Orders" guide for instructions on submitting data from an Amazon Business account.
Q: How often do I need to do this? A: You only need to provide your order data once every 3 days, but we recommend that you request the data after processing it so you will upload your data once every 2-3 days. All prior orders will be included.
Q: What if I have orders from different Amazon accounts? A: You will need to repeat this process for each personal Amazon account from which you wish to submit order data to EZP Client Support.
