Key questions answered include:
Which countries are accepted for shipments?
What happens if my package is from a restricted country?
How can I ensure compliance with this policy?
What should I do if my package is refused upon delivery?
To ensure compliance with quality and authenticity standards, EasyBookPrep (EZP) has implemented a new shipment restriction policy. We will only accept packages shipped from North America and Western Europe. Any packages arriving from other regions will be Refused and the carrier will handle this according to their policies.
This policy is in place to protect both our clients and our operations by preventing High Risk Packages from being received and processed, as A lot of counterfeit & Distribution violations originate from countries outside of these approved regions. This will in no way will prevent these problems but should substantially reduce these incidences, and provide a simpler and less risky solution for all parties involved.
Important Note:
When you purchase your items it is your responsibility to assure that your sellers, will be shipping from these regions.
We are not not responsible for any issues, fees or losses to any of packages in violation of this policy.
Some shippers will attempt to use a “freight forwarder” to reship these items from an ‘allowed’ regions. Please Note: We will still refuse the package, even if the item/Package is reshipped from an allowed location. The country of Origin is the key issue here.
Any Client purposefully assisting a Seller to work around this policy is a direct violation of our policies and your account will be terminated and your actions will be disclosed to copyright holders of related items.
