Navigate to the QBase login page and sign in with your credentials.
Go to the "Inventory Orders & Sourcing" section.
Use the book's Order Number or ASIN to locate the specific item in your inventory.
Once you find the book, click the pencil icon located on the left side of the Order Date.
This will open the order details page.
Scroll down to the "Events" section.
In this section, you'll see multiple option boxes.
Click on "List as MF".
After selecting "List as MF", click "Save and Close" to confirm the update.
You can only update the status of a book to "List as MF" once the book has been marked as Prep Received in your account.
Check the Order's Arrival Date to ensure the book is eligible for status updates.
Merchant Fulfilled means that sellers list products on Amazon, but instead of shipping them to Amazon’s fulfillment centers, they store and ship the books directly to customers when an order is placed.
