Locate the Shipment ID in GETIDA’s Portal:
Log in to GETIDA’s Portal.
Copy the Shipment ID from their system.
Access the Shipment in Our Tracking System:
Navigate to our Tracking System.
Paste the Shipment ID in the search field and locate the matching shipment in the report.
Click the “eye” icon on the far left to open the shipment details.
Find the Box Reports and Proof of Shipment:
In the Shipments Section, locate the shipment with the matching Shipment ID.
Click the “eye” icon next to the shipment to open it.
On the shipment page, locate the Box Report section on the right.
Download the Proof of Shipment & Contents reports for each box.

Retrieve Invoices for Specific Items:
Scroll down to the Qty by fnSKU report.
Look for the orange links to open the invoices for individual items.
If GETIDA requests details for specific boxes, open the corresponding box to view the items it contains and retrieve their invoices.

Submit GETIDA’s Requested Reports:
Confirm GETIDA required documents. Did you get all specified boxes or all items documents.
Provide the relevant reports and invoices based on their instructions.

Issue: The shipment ID isn’t found in the tracking system.
Solution: Double-check that the Shipment was shipped in By EasyBookPrep & that you copied the correct Shipment ID, matches the one from GETIDA. If it still doesn’t appear, contact support.
Issue: Missing proof of shipment or content report.
Solution: Ensure the shipment has been processed in the system; otherwise, contact support for assistance.
Issue: Invoices for specific items aren’t available.
Solution: Verify that complete order information was provided. Incomplete data may result in missing invoices in our tracking system. If they are not in our system you will need to find the corresponding Invoice from the Source/ Marketplace. EasyBookPrep can't generate any of these Invoices as you did not buy the inventory from us.
Does GETIDA need all documents for the shipment or just specific items?

Can I submit reports for a single box instead of the entire shipment?
Yes, if GETIDA specifies documents for a single box, open that box in the shipment page and retrieve only the relevant reports and invoices.
